| When users are being administered from the command line and the /etc/passwd and/or /etc/shadow files are in the commit.conf file, you will need to use /usr/bin/passwd and NOT /usr/netmax/bin/passwd. The /usr/bin/passwd will directly modify the /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow files. address-suppressed |
