(Answer) (Category) NetMAXFAQ : (Category) SSL / SSH :
Why am I getting a "Security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust" warning from my browser?
Applies to: NetMAX Professional and Pro Suite version 3.01 - 4.0x
address-suppressed
This just means that you are using your NetMAX's selfsigned certificate. Because NetMAX is not listed as a certifying authority (such as Verisign or Thawte Consulting) in your browser, you are getting this error.

The only way around this is to set your browser to trust the certifying authority, or to use a certificate issued by a trusted certifying authority.
