How do I get pcAnywhere through my firewall? |

If you're not doing NAT, all you have to do is allow incoming traffic with destination TCP port 5631 and destination UDP port 5632. If you are not using the default ports, change the port number respectively.
If you're doing NAT, and the pcAnywhere "server" is behind it, then you will also need to do Traffic Rerouting to forward these two ports to the internal pcAnywhere server. Please see our Traffic Rerouting article by clicking here.
If you have more than one pcAnywhere "server" behind the NAT, then you'll have to use ports other than the default for the additional servers. If you do this, make sure and change the ports that your pcAnywhere is using to connect to the server.
