Why am I getting the error "no tape in drive" when doing backups, even though there is a tape in the drive? |

Some tape backup units do not have a mechanical eject mechanism.
This means that the user must physically remove the tape after the NetMAX has performed an eject. This is a design feature of the tape unit; the tape unit goes "off line" after an eject and cannot be controlled by software. address-suppressed |
